1. So far, Winter 2012 is feeling a lot like Spring. I spent some time today photographing stuff for work, and I dangled string-tied print pieces from a tree and the sun was shining in my face and I was totally warm except for my fingertips.
2. Andrew Weathers, a friend from NC, passed through Portland yesterday while on tour with his band, Parties. He said, “You always have the best home.” For someone who’s had a lot of homes, there is no better compliment.
